When it comes to being a Harry Potter fan, you might feel compelled to get every piece of Potter memorabilia you can get your hands on – including Lord Voldemort’s Horcruxes. Sure, they’re pure evil in the books, but they’re also a kinda cool collection of objects. Best of all, The Noble Collection has replicas of each one available – and they make perfect Horcrux gifts, for yourself or the Potterhead in your life.
Below you’ll find links to each of the Horcrux replicas currently available. If you notice one is no longer available, please let me know in the comments.
Tom Riddle’s Diary
Tom Riddle’s Diary is the ideal gift on this Horcrux list for Potterheads who enjoy journaling or drawing. Designed by the Noble Collection, the diary is a lovely replica of the Horcrux Harry finds in his sixth year.
While it is not identical to the movie prop, the replica does a good job of maintaining the diary’s essence. It features a soft leather cover and a nameplate on the back. Inside it has unlined, blank pages, which people can use to jot down notes or doodles. Some people prefer to display it as a collectible item and don’t write in it. If you’re one of those, I’m sure the diary will age and look even more authentic with a bit of time.
Salazar Slytherin’s locket replica by the Noble Collection is one of the most beautiful Horcrux gifts. It is a beautiful work of craftsmanship, and the locket’s detail is superb.
The locket’s back features cursive writing that enhances the piece’s mysterious feel. You can spot gold or silver-plated details all over the lock. Gemstones form the “S” of Slytherin, whose iridescence makes them look like diamonds. The locket comes with a spring clasp to clip onto a charm bracelet or chain.
The Resurrection Stone/Gaunt Family Ring
Another member of the Noble Collection, the Horcrux Ring is a must in any HP fan’s collection. While the ring is a decent replica, it has a few details worth mentioning before you purchase it. Let’s start with the positives first.
The wooden display case is beautiful. It comes in a triangular shape with the Deathly Hallows symbol minus the Elder wand on each side. The case’s interior has mirrors on both sides, bottom, and back to reflect the ring when it’s inside.
The Gaunt Family Ring is sterling silver plated in 24K gold. It’s worth noting that The Noble Collection hasn’t designed the ring solely as a collectible item. The ring comes in size ten, so you can wear it for cosplay or Halloween parties if it fits. The biggest downside is that the Resurrection Stone is plastic instead of crystal.
One of the perks of HP-themed objects is that they often make gorgeous decor pieces, just like this Hufflepuff’s Cup. The Hufflepuff’s Cup is one of the first Horcrux gifts a Hufflepuff should receive.
The replica is perfect and feels like it came straight out of the films! It features the Hufflepuff badger engraving on the front and has a gold chrome finish that gives it a very classy look.
Sadly, you can’t use this cup as drinkware as there’s a hole at the bottom that prevents it from being used in this way. Guess you’ll have to continue drinking out of a regular muggle glass.
I love this stunning replica of Rowena Ravenclaw’s Diadem, as it boasts stunning details. The top of the diadem features an eagle’s head with beautiful carvings that make the bird’s eyes. Three blue gemstones hold the diadem together in the middle, which has pretty nice dispersion and reflection that make it look like real diamonds.
Besides the gemstones, I love this piece because of the little details put into it: the metalwork, the four dangling stones on each side of the wings. It just feels so authentic.
The diadem’s base features Rowena Ravenclaw’s words: “Wit beyond measure is man’s greatest treasure.” As a heads up, the diadem is metal, so it has a decent weight. While it is wearable, you might need to make a few adjustments to keep it in place.
If you’re looking to complete your Horcrux collection, this Nagini replica by the Noble Collection is a must-have – even if it’s truly terrifying.
Like everything the company does, the Nagini replica is an astonishing work of art. The snake is hand-painted and comes all curled up. It boasts precise, tiny details everywhere, like its perfectly designed tongue.
The snake comes in a beautiful display case, whose platform represents all the rubble from the battle, and you can even see the sorting hat. The case also has a nice background, depicting the final scene in Deathly Hallows, where Nagini ultimately dies.
Budget-Friendly Option: Horcrux Bookmarks
We Potterheads know that putting together a good HP collection takes time and money. While you get there, you can check out this Horcrux bookmark set by the Noble Collection.
The set includes seven bookmarks depicting the seven Horcruxes: Tom Riddle’s Diary, Marvolo Gaunt’s Ring, Salazar Slytherin’s Locket, Helga Hufflepuff’s Cup, Rowena Ravenclaw’s Diadem, Lord Voldemort’s snake Nagini and the Lightning Bolt.
Each item is hand-enameled and boasts impeccable details, down to the dark mark being on Nagini. Plus, they come inside a gorgeous velvet box.
Bonus: Gryffindor’s Sword
While it’s not strictly a Horcrux, I thought it was worth including Gryffindor’s Sword (or at least a tabletop replica) on this list since the sword is such an important part of the Horcrux tale.
This is a great buy, whether you’re a Harry Potter fan looking for the perfect letter opener or can’t afford to spend extra money on the full-size replica sword!
The entire item is a pretty big piece featuring the sword of Gryffindor and the Gryffindor lion. The sword that slides out of the lion’s grip is a fantastic replica and has the “Godric Gryffindor” engraved on the blade. The Gryffindor lion is the stand and has lovely embossed details and a gentle brush effect.
Now you can complete your Horcrux collection – aside from Harry, of course – should you wish to have such a thing. Which of these Horcruxes do you most want to have? Let me know in the comments.
